It's nearly time for one of our biggest events: Our fabulous Fall Spooktacular!
This is an all-ages event to celebrate autumn and the Halloween spooky season. Come in costume (if you want) and trick-or-treat your way through the library! We'll have fall-themed games, crafts, and face-painting, a costume contest, and the stacks will be transformed into a haunted maze. Plus, we're planning to share some eerie campfire stories—send us your terrifying (but family-friendly) tale at email@rowancountylibrary.org to leave your mark on the party!
Please note: Since this event is for everyone, some library areas (such as the maze) may require an adult's permission for children to visit, as we don't want anybody to have more frightful fun than they're looking for.
