The inaugural Right to Read Day is a new national day of action in support of the right to read. The State of America's Libraries Report is released on this day, including most challenged books of 2022.
You can take action to defend your right to read every day of the year! Support your library and community by helping out in the fight against censorship, and encourage your friends, family, and neighbors to join the effort. Defending the freedom to read takes work from all of us on the local level, and every person who raises their voice is contributing to that critical freedom.
