Intended for ages 55+. In November, join us for an accessible health and fitness routine you can do almost anywhere, using nothing but a scarf. We'll have seated, unseated, and other variations for various mobility levels, all flexible enough for anyone to use! Whether you're trying to grow beyond your comfort zone or just harness your creativity, we've got everything you need, from acrylic, watercolor, and pastel paints to charcoal, inks, clay, and more. Intended for grades 6-12. For our very first program, we're starting off light with watercolors!
