September's series is The Rising of the Shield Hero, an isekai-style story in which protagonist Iwatani Naofumi is summoned to a parallel world to defend it from endless waves of inter-dimensional monsters! Granted a legendary magic shield, but then shunned and betrayed by his supposed allies because of his perceived weakness, Nao resorts to training himself and finding new companions to help him stop the monsters and return to Earth.
