Find your center with co-yogis CJ and Alle! Take some time for yourself with our free yoga class, combining techniques for your body and mind. This is a gentle-flow fitness experience featuring mindfulness as well as exercise, perfect for those in search of meditation as well as physical wellbeing. Intended for ages 13+.
