Event Details
There's something special about turning old stuff into new stuff. With blackout poetry, you use subtraction and redaction to reveal your own hidden message, rhyme, or verse; add another layer with clippings from periodicals and other materials to form a collage, and you've got totally original art that colors our world!

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for the duration. Dropoffs will not be permitted.

Patron consent to be photographed or filmed at library-sponsored events is implied by virtue of their attendance at an event. If any adult, child, or adult on behalf of a child requests not to be photographed or filmed, that request will be honored.
